BSA Museum

Last Sunday, I took my oldest, now a Tiger Scout, to the Boy Scout of America's national museum in Irving. I didn't even know that was there. I knew that the BSA HQ was in Irving but not their museum.

It's pretty neat. There's a big collection of Norman Rockwell paintings there. They hired him back in the day to paint yearly pictures for the Scouts. He was a very good painter.

There were a lot of hands-on exhibits for the boys to play like derby racing, laser gun shooting, computer exhibits, etc. I think J got a big kick out it.
